Today we are presenting full preclinical proof-of-concept data for our two lead candidates TUB-040 and TUB-030 at #AACR2024. 
 
Both candidates consist of an IgG1 antibody attached to its payload, the topoisomerase I inhibitor Exatecan, via a cleavable linker system. TUB-030 targets the tumor-associated antigen 5T4, which covers a broad range of solid tumor indications, while TUB-040 targets Napi2b. This antigen is a well-characterized target in ovarian and lung cancer. The two ADC candidates are optimized for long-lasting, durable tumor engagement and minimal off-target toxicity.
 
Our data for TUB-030 and TUB-040 show high and durable anti-tumor efficacy in a range of preclinical models as well as superior results in mouse xenograft models when compared to other ADCs targeting the same antigens. Both candidates also have a high predicted human therapeutic index, and we look forward to initiating the first Phase 1/2a clinical trials in 2024.

Today marks a pivotal moment in the evolution of Tubulis. We have successfully closed an upsized and oversubscribed €128 million Series B2 #financing co-led by ​EQT Life Sciences​ and Nextech Invest, with participation from new US-based funds, ​Frazier Life Sciences​ and Deep Track Capital, as well as all of our existing investors.

The support of this syndicate of leading global biotech investors underscores the potential of our unique approach to pioneering the next wave of truly differentiated, disease-specific #ADC therapeutics. With this funding, we are well-positioned to advance our next-generation ADCs into clinical evaluation and achieve clinical proof-of-concept for our lead #SolidTumor candidates, TUB-040 and TUB-030. The proceeds will also support the further development of our technology platforms to unlock novel payloads and the establishment of a US subsidiary to expand our corporate footprint.
