We kicked off Charlotte's inaugural United Community Junior Board this week at South Mecklenburg High School.  This class is full of community leaders!  Thank you Geordan Miller, MBA for leading the initiative and Austin Hailey for sharing your career path with the students.  Much more to come as the program runs it course through the school year.

It was my honor to be accepted into United Community's 2024 Leadership Academy.  Alumni from prior classes have shared with me how impactful Leadership Academy had been for them in their career and encouraged me to apply this year.   Last week we kicked off with dinner and an inspiring message on #leadership by Richard Bradshaw followed by an insightful day with Gail DePriest from #clemsonuniversity on the topic of Leading and Motivating, with an emphasis on self-awareness.
