We are delighted to announce that our corporate website has been ranked #1 in Finland in Webranking results by Comprend, the annual ranking of corporate websites. The result shows that our website has improved its score by 8.5 points and performs well in Governance, About Us and Investor Relations.

Comprend evaluated the corporate websites of Finland's largest companies and how well they meet the demands of the capital market, media and job seekers. Out of 100 points, Wärtsilä received a score of 83.3.

In the latest Webranking results, Finnish companies have demonstrated remarkable performance, particularly in Investor Relations and Corporate Governance. Careers information is, however, still slightly behind the European average. Challenges include presenting information about work-life balance and flexible working.

#HotOffThePress - Extended Wärtsilä agreement continues support for Carnival Corporation's fleet decarbonisation goals. 🌍

We are pleased to share that we have signed an agreement extension until 2030 with Carnival Corporation to the performance based agreement that has been in place since 2017.

The agreement covers maintenance, technical support, optimisation and fuel saving solutions for 57 cruise ships within the global Carnival Corporation fleet. By optimising the performance and efficiency of the ship's Wärtsilä engines, fuel consumption is reduced, which in turn lowers greenhouse gas emission levels.
