Corami Biotech is founded based on Dr. Rebecca Levit 's ideas that will fundamentally change how the heart is treated. We spend over $30bn on drugs for heart disease in the US alone and yet it remains #1 killer, anywhere. Heart is a challenging organ to systemically target due to its small size and receiving small amount of blood. There is a need to better target the heart whether it is for the delivery of known drugs with off-target issues or nextgen therapeutics.
