We have been working on a range of new products for you since the start of the new year and we are finally ready to share the first one with you… Crate to Plate’s London Basil Besto! 🍃 With a team of development chefs, restaurant chefs, and general lovers of food, we often talk about our new favourite (and not so favourite) products in the food and drink realm. We were frustrated that too many products are made using crap ingredients, artificial chemicals and preservatives, and basically don’t taste as good as they should. So, we decided to make our very own! Our Besto is made using our fresh, hydroponic Genovese Basil that is grown right here in London. The basil is harvested from our vertical farm and makes the 30-second trip to our production kitchen located on our brand new Canary Wharf site, where it is then combined with premium quality products to bring you a flavoursome, fresh product. The 50 Best Opening Banquet, presented by Raffles London This years 50 Best Hotels Opening Banquet was presented by the incredible Raffles London at The OWO . We were thrilled to see our greens featured in some of the fantastic dishes served at the opening banquet, including our Nasturtium and our Red Oak Lettuce. Another massive congratulations to Raffles London for being awarded No. 13 Best Hotel at this year's ceremony 🙌

A great visit with a couple of the hospitality team! Crate to Plate thanks for having us and the produce was amazing and the flavours were incredible.
