Outreach experienced significant leadership changes as Chief Customer Officer Mike Zinne announced his departure to join Quiq as the chief experience officer. This came shortly after Manny Medina, the co-founder and long-time CEO, stepped down to become the executive chairman. The company, which has been through several rounds of layoffs, now has 750 employees and is led by Abhijit Mitra, who was appointed CEO in October of last year.
