📜 Received Design Organizational Approval from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), making Lilium the world’s first company qualified to hold a full type-certificate for aircraft certified under EASA’s SC-VTOL rules.   
 
🛩 Began assembly of the first full-scale Lilium Jet at Lilium’s production facilities.  

🤝 Formalised an MoU for a strategic cooperation with Lufthansa to jointly explore holistic eVTOL opportunities.

Strong start at #SingaporeAirshow   
   
Our Chief Commercial Officer Sebastien Borel shared with attendees at the Singapore Airshow earlier today the expansion of our planned Asian footprint via a partnership with PhilJets to bring eVTOLs to Southeast Asia, starting with the Philippines, a country with more than 7,500 islands.     
   
“Our strategic partnership with PhilJets will expand our footprint even further in Asia, bringing the Lilium Jet to Southeast Asia. Asia is a key market for Lilium — and with the unique topographical challenges this region presents, the innovative design of the Lilium Jet is uniquely suited to address them,” said Sebastien B., Chief Commercial Officer at Lilium.

We’re excited to announce that the proposed Orlando International Airport (MCO) vertiport will serve as the network hub for future Lilium Jet operators in central Florida!

We also support Florida House Bill 981, which proposes the designation of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority as the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) test site for the State of Florida.

“We appreciate the efforts of Chair Fiona McFarland and State Representative Doug Bankson to ensure Florida remains a leader in AAM. These strides reinforce our decision to announce central Florida as a key launch region for the Lilium Jet and align with our longstanding commitment to accessible, sustainable transportation,” said Lilium’s CCO, Sebastien Borel.
