This week I had a call with a new customer that researched 25+ different applications before choosing Ora.pm When we looked through the list the customer had researched the Team had only heard about a dozen of these competitors Nowadays customers have a wealth of information at every stage of their journey in implementing a new application, usually they know more about your competitors than you do Since the launch of Ora 5 in March: 🆕 We've had 10,000+ New Registration (20% increase compared to prior six months despite summer usually being our slowest period) 🔝 About 45% of these came in May(a month and a half after the launch, this is the month majority of our marketing for Ora 5 was finalised) 💚 20% of New Registrations became Monthly Active Users (16% decrease compared to prior six months) 💲 5% Upgraded to Paid Users (1% increase compared to prior six months) 💬 <5% Proactively requested information, support, coaching, provided feedback etc. (3% increase compared to prior six months) Every journey is different and there are critical steps before someone converts The challenges in such a small team is definitely the lack of insights about the vast majority of the 80% of New Registrations that never become active. It has been the area we are focusing on in the summer via new partnerships and processes Without having a conversation with potential clients you are only guessing what their journey looks like, how and where they validate products, what part of your product do they feel will give them the greatest value, whether they actually understand how to optimally use your product, do they understand the drawbacks Not everyone is the right fit for your tool and there a literally hundreds of competitors in the market - some of which would make a better fit for a potential client End of the day it's the personal touch and reputation that helps you stand out. In the specific case - some of the issues the potential customer had were solved via a Zoom demo. Without such a demo taking place - it could have easily been a lost cause if they hit a wall This is why I've focused the past few months on understanding our clients. Hundreds of conversations with existing customers, coaching and demo calls, follow ups and trying to connect with at least a small percentage of the 80% of people that end up never going beyond a registration Its only since we launched Ora 5 in March did I really have the time to focus on knowing our product, clients, affiliates, partners and competitors. Conversations like I had earlier this week not only provide unique perspective on the buyer journey but are the first step towards a long term relationship In the end the vast majority of users that convert learn about us from friends or colleagues - there is no greater strength a small team like ours has than the personal touch of one of the founders answering your support email or a smooth onboarding thanks to a coaching or demo call with yours truly 😅

We've been running a NPS Survey since March 2023, Recently launch our second such survey for Ora Version 5. NPS stands for Net Promoter Score, this score measures customer loyalty by looking at their likelihood of recommending a given business. The NPS score is measured with a single-question survey and reported with a number ranging from -100 to +100, where a higher score is desirable. The creators of NPS, Bain & Company, suggest a score: - Above 0 is good - Above 20 is favorable - Above 50 is excellent Our goal in starting this survey is to gather feedback and to eventually provide an excellent level solution but we are not quite there. Thank you everyone that has taken part of the survey so far. Every comment from this survey will helps us shape Ora's next major update, which will address several of the most common pain points we've heard over the last year both via the survey responses and also other communication we've had with our paid customers.

Customising the look and feel of your workspace is a key part of Ora.pm . This all starts with choosing the Theme, Navigation Style, Sidebar items that best suit your work style and priorities. Once you have created a project you can make your workspace more lively by changing the background and icon of that specific project. Our CRO Mario Velichkov also goes over color coding different elements of their projects that can be modified and color coded(Lists, Labels, Task Types, & Milestones). These options allow our users to gain more information at a glance or distinguish between their different projects.

Hope that these two features are a time saver ⏳ ❤️ Favorites - allows you to save projects, tasks, channels or people to the top of your sidebar for quick'n'easy access. Users can group Favorites by folders and sub-folders. Additionally Favorites allows users to navigate across multiple organizations without accessing Org Settings. ⏩🔍 Quick Filter - from any card on your board you can quickly filter the project by Label, Task Type or Milestone. Speeding up navigation and functionalities was one of the focus areas with the latest update.

Tired of juggling links, having multiple apps for communication and creating information silos? One of the key new features of Ora 5 is our Actionable Chat. You can create task from any message and work on in directly from the channel - getting instant feedback from your team. Any task created looks and functions exactly how it would on the Kanban Board.
