😊 We were honoured to host some of Singapore’s transport experts for a productive engagement session at Kim Chuan Depot, led by #SMRT Group CEO Hoon Ping Ngien. 💬✨ During the session, we outlined SMRT’s recent initiatives, emphasising our #Kaizen@SMRT efforts, ongoing commitment to safety 🛡️ and reliability, 🔧 and strategic use of data and digitalisation 📊 to further enhance service.👏
 
Our tour 👋 highlighted key facilities, including:
📍 Circle Line (CCL) Operations Control Centre: A glimpse of Overwatch, the Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled decision support system on the CCL, which won an international award from UITP 📊
📍 Maintenance Engineering Centre (MEC): Our 24/7 control hub for effective command and control of maintenance activities across SMRT-run lines; it leverages engineering and data analytics to enhance rail reliability 🔧
