This week our two new watercourse crossing bridges travelled north to their new home at Sutherland Spaceport, between them clocking up over 900 miles and some amazing sights and scenery!

The crossings will form part of the floating road being constructed at the launch site. The road is an important part of the Spaceport as it will provide access to the Launch Service Integration Facility (LSIF) and Launch Pad.

We are very happy to announce that we have been granted a patent across more than a dozen countries to protect our innovative coaxial tanking technology, which nests the main rocket fuel tank within the main oxidizer tank. 

This coaxial tank structure is central to the design of Orbex’s Prime rocket and allows for a uniquely low mass rocket that is around 30 percent lighter than similarly sized launchers while offering greater power, higher performance, and better economy.
