The company operates in London, UK, and has over 800 bicycles on city streets. Forest differentiates itself by offering rewards for parking in designated areas and charging riders £1 to end their ride. It is one of the four main e-bike operators in London, competing with Santander Cycles and Lime/Jump. Forest was temporarily shut down in 2020 due to a faulty e-bike but resumed service in 2021 after recalling and replacing all bikes.
