HumanForest is a dockless, shared, and ad-supported e-bike service company. It aims to promote green ideals and provide users with 10 minutes of free service per day. The company operates in London, UK, and has over 800 bicycles on city streets. Forest differentiates itself by offering rewards for parking in designated areas and charging riders £1 to end their ride. It is one of the four main e-bike operators in London, competing with Santander Cycles and Lime/Jump. Forest was temporarily shut down in 2020 due to a faulty e-bike but resumed service in 2021 after recalling and replacing all bikes.
