Earlier this week we were delighted to welcome shareholders, analysts, and new potential investors to our 2024 Capital Markets Day. It was great to see so many attendees in-person as we presented our updated growth strategy and financial targets as we enter a new chapter as a pure play hospitality business. Our strategy centres on creating a high margin, highly cash generative local pub company based on differentiated formats and a brand portfolio that is naturally balanced to appeal across a range of consumer segments. We’ve partnered with them for a number of years, raising £40,000 for them last year. 👟 What’s more, our partnership with them informs our Inclusion Networks, helping us to develop the support we offer our people, support our goals of make a positive impact and prioritise mental health for everyone.
