One worker's words were particularly haunting: "Don't worry about our suffering; we know that when you buy our tea, we get our wages. If you stop, we suffer". Introducing Typhoo's Fear Free Council (FFC). A milestone towards our mission to end violence against women on tea plantations. The Fear Free Council, comprised of representatives from THIRST , Women Working Worldwide and T-Evolve Limited is a governance body with the directive to hold Typhoo accountable on our mission to prevent and address Gender Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH) within our black tea supply chain. It plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of Typhoo's Fear Free approach, ensuring that Typhoo’s commitment to the safety of the women working in tea-growing communities is upheld with rigour and transparency. #teamaderight #FearFreeTea
