Last week Account Managers Neil and Phil visited a new site for a longstanding customer in Manchester to support with a trade effluent and metering issue. Our customer has been receiving billing for a meter by another retailer which we believed to be inactive💧 Working with the customer during the site visit we have successfully located and read all their meters which will ensure their billing is accurate and up to date 📊 Our customer was very pleased with the visit and the knowledge and expertise that both Neil and Phil brought to resolve the issue 🎉
