In mid-September, heavy rains brought by Storm Boris have caused severe flooding in southwestern Poland. Although the waters have receded, the challenges for the victims of the floods in Poland persist. Since the first days of the crisis, Biedronka and its Foundation have stand together with those affected, contributing with water and food donations to the most affected regions while implementing price reductions on essential products. On top of the fundraising campaigns that mobilised the entire country, in partnership with Polski Czerwony Krzyż , Caritas Polska and SZLACHETNA PACZKA , Biedronka also invited customers to directly donate food with longer shelf life, as well as cleaning products, turning our stores into collecting points.
