While there has been volatility in tech and the economy at large over the last five years, the recent sentiment around fintech has been particularly gloomy. We wanted to see how much of that was discourse vs. what was borne out in the data. What we learned is that while fintech was not immune to the factors we've seen across all markets, core B2B fintech funding is in pretty good shape!

Growth data is pointing toward a tech recovery. Q423 was a continuation of the trend from Q323, where ARR growth rates began to stabilize. While things are headed in the right direction, we're not expecting a rapid snapback to hyper growth.

Key findings:
📈 Median ARR growth rate was 23%, a 3% increase over Q323. This continues the trend of higher ARR growth rates started in Q323
📈 Top-decile ARR growth rate was 130%, a healthy bump over Q323’s reported top decile growth rate of 109%
📈 Net New ARR median plan attainment was 70%, significantly higher than the 42% achieved in Q323
