Thousands of Ukrainian children have been forcibly taken to Belarus as part of a Russian relocation program, according to a research study published by Yale University. The children were transported from at least 17 cities in Ukraine to Belarus, with over 2,000 children taken to the Dubrava children's center in Minsk. The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Russia's President Vladimir Putin and its Children's Rights Commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova, accusing them of war crimes related to the illegal deportation of children from Ukraine. Efforts are being made to repatriate the children and prevent their involuntary military service.
