The company has development and commercial license agreement with Les Laboratoires Servier to develop allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapies for antigen targets, hematological cancer targets beyond CD19, and solid tumor targets; Tiziana Life Sciences to evaluate foralumab, a fully human anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody as a lymphodepleting agent for the potential treatment of cancers; and iECURE, Inc. to develop ARCUS-based gene editing therapies. Good news! We’ve completed a licensing deal with TG Therapeutics, Inc. to develop azer-cel for autoimmune diseases.

The deal extends our cash runway into the first half of 2026 and funds our wholly owned In vivo gene editing programs PBGENE-HBV for chronic hepatitis B and PBGENE-PMM for primary mitochondrial myopathy through Phase I Clinical Data.

Precision remains focused on capitalizing on the utility of ARCUS for gene elimination, gene excision and gene insertion through the advancement of our wholly owned and partnered programs.
